• To accept, confirm and manage your reservation
• To prepare your meal with your allergies in mind

We do not use your information for any other purpose without your consent, and we do not send marketing emails.

3. Sharing with third parties

We do not share your information with third parties except where required by law. We do, however, use the following services to the extent necessary for the purposes above:

• Hosting and email delivery: Xserver Inc. (Japan)
• Translation: information you enter in English may be translated into Japanese using an AI service provided by Anthropic PBC, so that our kitchen can understand it accurately. Your input is not used to train their models.

4. Retention

We store your information securely and dispose of it promptly once it is no longer needed for the purposes described above.

5. Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. It collects anonymous data via cookies and does not identify you personally. You may opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

6. Access, correction and deletion
